Doctor was right !!!!! Anti-Money Laundering Conference
I met an entrepreneur and over a glass of Barolo we talked of his business and the recent problems related to the crisis.
The first thing I said was as follows:
"Doctor was right when already over a year ago I suggested to take the path of my company's capital base and expanding the vision of focusing on new products and services ... .. "
I must say that is not the only, but the pleasure to hear from the business world through small adjustments that you are suffering from the less exciting.
The path taken by this small business, all in all it was very simple and summarized in the following actions:
1) Setting up a simple system for the control of business costs ;
2) Finding the profitability of its products;
3) Identification of new products on which to research and development;
5) Renegotiation with the banking system of its funding;
6) Increase in equity financing the company of his own pocket.
I would say that there is nothing new, but the themes and actions taken by this small business owner, aware that complaining would not have achieved anything, are especially valuable and in line with what is necessary to address the situation of the moment .
